Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Revit for creating 3D models from point cloud data
- Basic knowledge of Cloudworks and Scan to BIM process
Key Responsibilities:
- Process laser scan/point cloud data for BIM modeling
- Optimize Scan-to-BIM workflows and implement advanced techniques
- Ensure model quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines
Skills Required:
- Revit
- Point Cloud Data Handling
- Cloudworks (basic knowledge)
- Understanding of Scan to BIM workflows
- Team collaboration & deadline management
