Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed BIM models for MEP systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on live projects
- Review and coordinate models using Navisworks
- Ensure model accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 2 to 4 years of experience in BIM modeling
- Strong proficiency in BIM software tools
- Experience in Navisworks is mandatory
Skills Required:
- BIM Modeling (Revit or equivalent)
- Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Understanding of MEP systems
- Team collaboration and communication skills
