Matrix BIM and Design Solutions LLP is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing and Fire Modelers with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and coordinated plumbing and fire protection models and drawings, supporting multidisciplinary BIM projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Responsabilities
- Develop and manage plumbing and fire protection models in Revit as per project specifications.
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings in AutoCAD and Revit for coordination and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other MEP disciplines to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration.
- Follow project BIM standards and LOD requirements (LOD 300–500).
- Participate in internal model reviews, quality checks, and design coordination meetings.
- Update and revise drawings/models based on markups or design changes.
- Support BIM Coordinator/Lead in meeting deadlines and technical delivery standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Plumbing and Fire Modeling.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Understanding of MEP systems, pipe sizing, and standard codes is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, sections, and schematics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
