Overview
Matrix BIM and Design Solutions LLP is hiring experienced Mechanical Modelers with strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD to work on diverse BIM projects. The role involves creating accurate mechanical system models for HVAC, piping, and related services, ensuring design coordination and construction-ready documentation.
Responsabilities
- Develop and manage mechanical system models (HVAC, ducting, piping) using Revit MEP.
- Prepare precise 2D/3D drawings in AutoCAD and Revit based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with other MEP and architectural teams for clash-free, integrated designs.
- Ensure all models meet the required LOD standards (LOD 300–500) and BIM execution plans.
- Support in project documentation, sheet setup, and annotation.
- Revise models/drawings based on feedback, markups, or design changes.
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables in coordination with BIM leads.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in mechanical modeling within the AEC/BIM industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
- Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems in buildings.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.e
