Overview
Matrix BIM and Design Solutions LLP is looking for skilled Electrical Modelers with strong experience in Revit and AutoCAD to support BIM projects across residential, commercial, and industrial domains. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and coordinated electrical system models and drawings.
Responsabilities
- Create and manage electrical system models (lighting, power, conduits, panels) using Revit MEP.
- Prepare detailed and precise 2D/3D electrical drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure proper coordination and clash-free models.
- Follow BIM execution plans and LOD requirements (LOD 300–500) for project deliverables.
- Support electrical layouts, circuiting, and schematic preparation as per project specifications.
- Revise and update models/drawings based on feedback or design changes.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of assigned tasks under guidance from the BIM Lead/Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in electrical modeling and detailing.
- Strong command over Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of electrical systems, panel schedules, lighting layouts, and related standards.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, riser diagrams, and single-line schematics.
- Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills.
